Three Ways to Book The Handy Bro

A different kind of bro.

Service blocks for different scope. Quick Fix Visit for 1 to 3 small repairs. Half Day Block for punch lists and listing prep. Full Day Block for larger refresh or make-ready projects. Every block starts with a free property walk that confirms scope and produces a written quote. No surprise pricing, no minimum job size on Quick Fix Visits.

Service Blocks

Small scope

Quick Fix Visit

Ideal for 1 to 3 small repairs

Perfect for minor fixes that have been piling up. Light fixture swaps, faucet replacements, drywall patches, door adjustments, TV mounts, curtain rods, and other small repairs completed efficiently in one visit. Fast scheduling, clean execution, no wasted time. Most Quick Fix Visits run 2 to 3 hours total on site.

Larger scope

Full Day Block

For larger refresh or make-ready projects

Ideal for full property refreshes, rental turn work, or larger improvement projects that require focused time and attention. A full day of dedicated labor, professional execution, and before-and-after documentation so you can see the results clearly. Multi-day projects are scheduled as consecutive Full Day Blocks.

How Service Blocks Work

The service block model exists because handyman work doesn't fit cleanly into a single fixed-price quote when there are multiple items in scope. Quick Fix Visits cover the small one-off jobs that have been piling up. Half Day Blocks cover punch lists and pre-listing refresh work where there's a longer checklist. Full Day Blocks cover larger property work where focused time is needed.

The free property walk identifies which block fits your scope. The Handy Bro walks the property, identifies what's actually due now versus what can wait, and recommends the right block. If your list could be one Quick Fix Visit, you don't get pushed into a Half Day Block. If your list realistically needs a Half Day, you don't get sold on a Quick Fix that won't cover it. The block selection is honest because the property walk is honest.

Pricing for each block is detailed in the written quote after the property walk.

Package Questions

What Does Each Block Actually Cost?

Pricing varies by scope and is finalized in the written quote after the free property walk. Quick Fix Visits are the lower-cost entry. Half Day Blocks are the mid-range. Full Day Blocks are the larger scope. Specific pricing is shared in the property walk follow-up.

Do I Have to Commit to a Block Before the Property Walk?

No. The walk identifies the right block for your scope. You get a written quote after the walk and decide whether to proceed.

What If My Scope Doesn't Fit Cleanly in One Block?

The Handy Bro will recommend whether to combine into a larger block, defer some items to a follow-up visit, or scope it differently. Honest call during the property walk.

Are Materials Included in the Block Price?

Standard install hardware (anchors, screws, drop cloths) is included. Custom fixtures, fans, mounts, faucets, and similar materials are purchased separately. Most homeowners buy materials ahead of time based on The Handy Bro's recommendations.

Can I Book Recurring Service?

Yes. Quarterly or biannual Half Day Blocks are a popular cadence for keeping up with home maintenance proactively. The Handy Bro can set up a recurring schedule after the first property walk.
