13 Hill Country Areas on the Regular Route

A different kind of bro.

The Handy Bro is based in Dripping Springs and runs a regular route through 13 areas across the Texas Hill Country, plus the Hill Country umbrella for surrounding communities. Each area has its own page covering the local context (typical home builds, common service requests, soil and climate considerations) so the conversation starts with the realities of your specific neighborhood. Free property walk before every quote.

Hill Country Service Area

The service area is organized by zone based on drive time from Dripping Springs. Zone 1 areas (0 to 20 minutes) include the closest neighborhoods where The Handy Bro can usually schedule within 3 to 5 days. Zone 2 areas (20 to 30 minutes) cover the broader regular route and schedule within 5 to 7 days. Zone 3 areas (30 to 40 minutes) are the farthest reach of the route and schedule on dedicated route days, usually within 7 to 10 days.

Each area page includes the local context: typical home builds in the area (subdivision vs acreage vs lake-adjacent vs established older), common service requests we see there, soil and climate considerations that affect work, and links to specific service+area combinations for the 27 services covered.

How Service Areas Work

The Handy Bro service area is built around a regular Hill Country route rather than chasing one-off jobs across Central Texas. The route logic keeps drive-time costs predictable, which is why pricing stays consistent across the 13 areas. Acreage properties may scale work volume up, but the per-visit drive overhead is the same whether you're in Dripping Springs or Marble Falls.

The area pages dig into the local context: typical home builds in your neighborhood, common service requests we see at addresses like yours, soil and climate considerations specific to your area, and links to specific service combinations for the 27 services we cover. Pick your area below or use the nav at the top to find your specific service+area combination directly.
